The Process

I think Brittany Foster with Elite Shutters/Shades, is OUTSTANDING! I was dealing with Brittany regarding an issue with very old Shades and her abilities and talents were amazing. These were Hunter Douglas shades and she was extremely knowledgeable of the product and everything associated with these shades. Most importantly, she knew how to navigate through Hunter Douglas, which resulted in me receiving entirely new shades to replace the really old ones. Her understanding of the product and understanding of how to negotiate with Hunter Douglas made this possible. Brittany deserves all the credit. Lastly, she did an excellent job of communicating with me on updates and progress of this exercise. In a world where it is difficult to find customer service Brittany is the exception and provided outstanding service, which I appreciate.

So glad that we decided to go with Elite for our shutters. Excellent customer service, from the beginning to the end. The installer, Bill such as terrific guy.
